  When a family has mental health concerns about a member, one of the last things to worry about is how a service will be financed. When this happened to my family and I was frustrated with my insurance company and Medicare, I was fortunate to connect with Kevin Bell, in the billing department! He recognized my frustration and immediately went into “how can I resolve this”mode. He listened to my frustrated rant and pledged to fix the problem and HE DID! Kevin proved himself to be empathetic, knowledgeable and a person of his word via several phone contacts to update me his progress. Kevin represents the company well and should be highly commended(words are great, $ compensation even better!!) Thank you Kevin for your excellent Customer Service!

  I just called to inquire about my recent bill and was dreading making this call to be honest. I was expecting an offshore rep (not saying anything negative but personally, I have an easier time understanding people without a foreign accent) who was not going to be helpful since customer service standards these days have not been very high from my experience.
  
  However, it turned out to be the best call I have made to a billing department! I was very pleasantly surprised when I was connected quickly and easily to Mr. Kevin Bell. He knew exactly what I was talking about and took control of the issue right away. He made a call to my insurance company with me in the phone and I felt like I had a health insurance legal council on my side. He spoke clearly and politely and with confidence that you know he possessed from extensive experience backed with great knowledge in his field.
  
  I had to get off the call and write this review to give Mr. Bell the credit he deserves since this kind of great service is hard to come by.

  I've struggled with mental health throughout my adult life. The pandemic only emphasized my need to pursue more comprehensive treatment to address my anxiety and depression. My medication management was not ideal; I felt my past psychiatrist was not connecting with me and addressing my concerns. I found Complete Mind Care with hopes of meeting clinicians who could offer me a new perspective on my mental health management. It was here where I learned about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS. Of course I was skeptical, wondering if magnets could help to change my brain chemistry any differently than prescribed medications. But after meeting the friendly staff and beginning the treatments, things... changed. I was able to finally feel a sense of positivity and joy that didn't come easy with medication. I looked forwarded to each session, while also being monitored along the way by staff. I never felt that I was on this journey alone, and there were payment options that worked with my budget. Even now that I am finished with treatment, I am amazed at how my perspective on life has shifted. I highly recommend Complete Mind Care to anyone who is searching for mental health support. They are a wonderful group of humans who genuinely care about their patients.
