Of a very good upper management guy his name is Asher. Kudos to director of nursing Jonathan unit manager Sandy assistant director of nursing genie the director Of Physical therapy. And they are wonderful switchboard personnel especially
Denise On evenings. Collectively they all contributed to a nice Stay for me
to I along with Jeannie and P. T and the switch word operator Denise who works evenings collectively. They're trying to better deliver services I was there for. I was there for over 2 weeks having experience. 2 other facilities. They're doing a good job and trying very hard. -

(February 11, 2023, 6:51 am)I sent my mom to Complete Care @ Westfield for rehab after a fall at home, the staff cared for her with respect and compassion. her Nurses Tessie and Tiffany were great and had such patience with her. The rehab team was great and they got her stronger, and the wound care team especially Barbara healed her wound. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

(February 9, 2023, 5:34 pm)My elderly father was admitted to the rehab unit and spent 4 weeks there. As a nurse myself, i feel fully competent in writing this review. The staff was excellent with him. They treated him with patience and much respect. He made daily progress and was recently discharged. Although I cannot name everyone who cared for him because I don't know their names, I will say his nurse Tessie was excellent ! I would also like to acknowledge Shanique; always available and willing to assist with any request , a true asset to that facility. All staff: nursing, physical therapy and even housekeeping did a great job and I thank you for that! Keep up the good work all!
