(June 12, 2023, 10:14 pm)Was very pleased with the care received by a family member recently! All the staff was excellent from administrative to nurses, aids, kitchen staff etc! But the biggest shout out goes to Natalie (a nursing aid), who was THE BEST!!!!

(March 27, 2023, 5:58 pm)A great facility overall! Takes great care of my Grandfather since he has transitioned here and I cannot say enough good things about one of his Aides Bertha! She has been going above and beyond to meet his needs he has told me and I have witnessed myself. Truly great care!

(February 6, 2023, 3:41 pm)Amy Lubsen, Director of Admissions, Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens, the staff in the Applegate wing and rehabilitation department are absolutely fantastic. Passing through the other wings of Shorrock Gardens I can see how well the patients and residents are equally cared for. I love how they have activities and special fun events which are offered to all the patients and residents to participate in.
They truly love their residents and the patients.
Knowing that my dad, who is in long term care, is happy and improving, is given the highest quality of care means so much to all his family.
Amy and her staff go out of their way to show how much they care for their residents. Amy has always been available at anytime to communicate with us regarding our dad’s care, Doctors, nurses, aides and the administrative staff are awesome. My dad is very happy where he is and very happy with the care he is given. He loves all of the doctors, nurses and aides that care for him.Thank you so much Amy and your wonderful team. -

(January 28, 2019, 12:47 pm)I have to say that Shorrock Gardens and the staff there have been awesome since our arrival on a Saturday in the evening. My mom is very happy with the care she is receiving. She also cannot stop talking about the window and view she has in her room. The grounds are beautiful and the place is very clean. Each time I have gone to visit, the staff has been very professional and friendly. Everyone comes into the room to introduce themselves to us and to ensure everything is going well. I cannot thank them enough for the care they are giving my mom and the improvement I am seeing in her. PRAISE GOD!!!
