My mother recently stayed at Complete Care and our family is so grateful for the high level of care that she received over the course of three months. Everyone at this facility went above and beyond to make her experience positive. The kindness of the nurses, aids, social worker, therapist, and even receptionists helped to make this difficult time easier for my mother and our family. The staff always greeted me with a smile and kind words, and different workers would stop by my mother’s room just to chat with her. The people who work here actually care. It could be very stressful trusting certain facilities with the care of a loved one. Thankfully, Complete Care put my family’s worries to rest. Thank you, so much, for all you did for my mother!
I can't say enough good things about the care my mom received here. My 96 yr old mother went to Complete Care for a foot wound that wasn't healing. The nurses and CNAs are personable and professional. Mom was there for a month, and they always kept us informed of everything going on with her care.
I couldn't figure out a way to give this review 4.8 stars, and honestly the only reason I won't give 5 stars is due to the food. I had a lengthy conversation with the dietician, because as I said, the care was great. We spoke about what foods mom likes to eat, and she tried very hard to accommodate her needs, but there seems to be a disconnect between the kitchen and all the other services. However, we were able to bring my mom soup, snacks and other food to make up for that.
The bottom line is, the care is amazing, the staff excellent, but the food not so much. Special thanks to Rosemary, Jessica, Rosa, Kinitra and all the staff that took great care of her. I apologize for not getting all your names!
I visited a friend at the facility and was pleasantly surprised. The building was very clean and the young lady at the front desk greeted me with the nicest smile. The staff was very helpful and there was a friendly vibe throughout. Complete Care at Meriden, I'm impressed!
