(April 1, 2023, 2:47 pm)Visited my mother at Kimberly Hall South this morning . They were in the process of getting her ready for the day. I believe her aide was Gloria.
Mom looked good, hair brushed . Room was clean as was her bathroom.
This past week I spoke to her nurse Chris . She called to inform me of her care plan and with other general information. Made me feel included in her care Thank you Chris.

(March 22, 2023, 3:23 pm)We visited a neighbor. Room was very clean. He seemed comfortable and satisfied with everything but the food. He is at the end of the hall. I explained that I was sure the staff would reheat it for him.
