(September 7, 2023, 6:59 am)I want to tell you that although the place is not a million dollar place, the most important thing is the treatment. Who wants to be alone, when they care about being with their family and friends. Well, I didn't feel alone, they treated me wonderfully well.
**En el principio no fue facil, pero con respeto y paciencia; me gané el respeto y aprecio. A mi me trataron bien, hablaba con las asistentes mayormente Britney que habla español. No me quejo de nadie, fui feliz ese mes que estuve ahi y les deseo a todos buena salud y bendiciones. Gracias mil por su apoyo
**In the beginning it was not easy, but with respect and patience; I earned the respect and appreciation. They treated me well, I spoke with the attendees mostly Britney who speaks Spanish. I am not complaining about anyone,
James was very kind and respectful, I told him that it looked like a chocolate from my favorite box, the social worker was very kind and what to say about the nurses, they were consistent and reliable with my medications. I was happy that month that I was there and I wish them all good health and blessings. Thank you a thousand for your support. -

(June 23, 2023, 2:34 pm)My experience with this facility was a good one. My rehab went well. Both my physical therapist and occupational therapist was very good. The staff was excellent. I would recommend this to everyone.
This is an update to the last review.
I want to say that of the facilities I was a patient in, I count Complete Care Hillside as the top facility. The staff was caring and efficient. Physical therapy ( Agnes and Irwin) are the best in my opinion. The CNAs were very good in particular James, Britney, Chelsy and Alley, there were very good. The nurses were great. Kudos to the staff over all. The facilities receives a 5 star rating from me. -

(October 8, 2022, 11:54 am)During my stay here I have enjoyed all of the nursing staff, the food and I have met some great people. The aides treated me and kindness and respect. I enjoyed going to activities. The activity staff were very friendly. The house keepers were very good and always kept my room clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The therapy department was great. The staff were fun to work with and my strength really improved. Thank you Hillside!

(July 26, 2022, 5:29 pm)Have a family member in Hillside now for short term rehab. They have done a good job so far with building his strength after an illness.
The aids have been very friendly and when he arrived the one aid saw that the room he was in would not work for his handicap and had him moved into another room more suitable. If I ever have a question, Admissions, Nursing and Social Services is always available. Never treat you as if you are bothering them.
In my opinion, no matter where you place a loved one you should make time to go in and visit to ensure they are being cared for properly. You should also get to know the staff well and they get to know you. When the staff/management is approachable that speaks volumes to me. I have found that with Hillside. -

(June 13, 2022, 9:10 am)This place us a joke. The attitudes and the lack of help from the the aids that work here is terrible.The nursing staff are the only ones that care about the patients. The food is what ever they want to give you. You have no choice. If you have a family member here I would highly suggest you find any place besides here. Only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
After talking to the management I have to say I change my review drastically. I was wrong to make a bad review on the actions of 1. Things have changed for the better. Hillside is a place i would suggest to anyone needing help ito recover from surgery
