  Special thanks to head nurse Carole and Activities director Nancy and all the aides and staff. I'm not going to lie and say every tiny thing works smoothly, nursing care is the toughest job in the world, especially during Covid. But on the whole this is an extremely good facility, and also has nice grounds and rooms larger than average. Carole and Nancy deserve special thanks!! UPDATE I WILL LET THIS RATING STAND FOR NOW but if you're looking to this facility pls be aware that head nurse Carole is no longer there. Family of residents were not informed of this and she was usually the ONLY person who kept in touch with me about anything. Knowing she was there and always reachable was a HUGE comfort. This is no longer the case and families haven't been told who we need to contact about what. Will update when I see how this transition goes. An enormous LOSS for this facility.

  Very friendly and responsive administrator, receptionists, nurses and physician assistance! They all helped with the care that my 90 year old dad required and made him as comfortable and safe as possible - which I unfortunately could not do for him at home. The PA (Richard) was especially helpful and explained circumstances very well and showed real empathy. I would have given a 5 but I think the cost is high. I do think they could use more nurses - they have the most challenging job and yet they show great patience and empathy as well!

  My family and I visited Harrington Court last December. We decided it was time to give our 8 year old grandson the experience of caroling at a nursing home. As we walked through the halls, it was obvious that the facility was well kept. We were so touched by the caring and kindness we witnessed throughout. The admissions director Trisha, supplied us with roses to give to the residents. So happy that the staff participated and together we brought such joy to all! Hopefully we will be allowed back this holiday season, outside of course.
