Every staff member at this nursing home is just so cordial, positive and uplifting! Upon walking in the front desk person, greeted my daughter and I and so many said hello as we walked down the hall! I’m so grateful my beloved grandmother gets to be in a place so caring!! Having worked as a medical social worker and social service director in nursing homes for over 13 years, it’s easy to tell the culture of an environment & when people love their jobs. My heart is full having visited my grandmother today, and seeing everyone from cna’s to psychiatrist being so connected and in tune. Having your loved one in a nursing home can be very difficult but that staff at Glendale make it feel like home.
My grandmother received such quality care at Glendale … Lots of activities and the staff was so caring and helpful!!!
First visit, appeared very well-run. I was medically screened immediately and because I brought in a dog, his medical records were checked. Halls are bright and sunny, staff everywhere, hospital clean. Friend who I was visiting liked being there.
Staff even sang Happy Birthday to my dog Mugsy!
As a new employee with Glendale I have received such a warm welcome by staff and residents alike. Complete Care has already proved to be very focused on keeping staff happy with gifts for the holidays and perfect attendance bonuses. Very eager to see what the future holds for this company.
Our 99 1/2 year old aunt Theresa C went into Glendale in September after several wonderful years with full time at home care. Due to a series of events out of our control she was admitted to Glendale. One of the first things she said to me after her arrival was how beautiful it was and how lovely the caretakers were there. Her time there was only 2 months but the care was outstanding. She was loved by staff and cared for beautifully until her peaceful passing 2 weeks ago. Thanks to all staff there especially those on the Lilac wing. We will always be grateful for your attention to our beloved aunt.
