(July 2, 2023, 8:14 pm)My dad went into Arbors today for physical therapy. The nurse, Gladys was extremely thorough and very efficient. The staff was very helpful in directing my dad and myself. Cindy at the front desk was helpful and very pleasant. I hope physical therapy will help my dad so he can go home soon.

(June 26, 2023, 5:35 pm)I met the new administrator today Moussa, and he was extremely pleasant and attentive. Complete Care At The Arbors is kept clean and as long as my mom is well taken care of I am happy. I feel if the lines of communication are open then everyone can feel that they are being listened to, and things are being attended to. Keep up the good job.

I hope this will be the beginning of a positive long term rehabilitation! There is nothing more painful than putting a loved one into a facility!!! -

(March 18, 2023, 3:42 pm)My wife and mother visited my grandmother here. It has always been friendly, welcoming, and clean. Just today we noticed that patients rooms were clean, the staff had healthy relationships with the patients and that the place smelled marvelously clean. That clean, healthy air cannot be faked in a nursing home. The front desk receptionist was helpful and effective, and the nursing staff was remarkably patient. Our relation is in excellent hands.
