(August 5, 2023, 10:58 am)I have never reviewed a business before but felt compelled to after bringing my car here. I had an oil leak that multiple other mechanics couldn’t/didn’t want to figure out. John and the team found the leak, called to discuss with me and took the time to explain in simple terms what was going on. Without much knowledge of cars and engines, it’s easy to feel vulnerable, John was so honest and totally gained my trust. They even offered to drive me home when I dropped off my car! It’s so tiring dealing with corporatized dime a dozen shops so I’m very glad I found this place that feels like a honest mom and pop shop that’s dedicated to providing quality customer service. Keep up the good work!

He will keep you updated throughout the process, which I loved. I will definitely be using John and his team again in the future!
