  Thank you Ryan at Compact Auto Body. I was on my way to have my daughter’s Volvo inspected when the brake light went out! I bought a new bulb, but had no idea how to change it! I pulled into three other car shops asking for help - each of them said I had to make an appointment and pay for labor. Fair enough, it’s their expertise, but it was my only day off and I had to get to DMV. However, when I pulled into Compact and explained my situation, Ryan came out and changed the bulb for me in 30 seconds and refused to charge me. I feel like you just don’t get that kind of service anymore and appreciate that they were happy to help me. He also explained I wouldn’t have failed inspection due to the bulb, they only check emissions! Oh well - off to DMV I went. Thank you Ryan and Compact Auto Body! So nice to know we have a great shop in town. Hopefully I don’t need to ever use your service, but if I do, I’ll be back - And will certainly recommend you to others!

  Everything was fine and service was good. After I picked up car , wheel alignment was off and they refused to have it looked at citing the report was that it was good upon their final inspection. Disappointing, considering how much money they made from this repair

  I just moved to the are and had an accident. I was very lucky to find Compact Auto. The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. They kept me updated by text on the status of my vehicle and it was ready ahead of schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend them. It was a very good experience.

  After accidentally tearing off my front bumper from backing over an unusually high drainage grate at a parking lot I needed an auto-body shop. I first called the Jaguar dealer and they wanted to charge an obscene amount to fix it so I thought to look locally. Having not previously needed to have auto-body work done, I had no idea where to look except to online reviews. Compact Auto Body was the closest shop to me and they had the highest reviews on Google so I went to them. They were able to schedule my repair very quickly which was great. Additionally, I had the peace of mind that my car would be safe since they have a large facility to work on and store vehicles inside. Because of the design of the bumper, and the damage incurred, it needed to be replaced and painted. During the entire time my car was with them I received text message updates so I knew what was going on and when to expect my car to be ready. One of my primary concerns was whether they could match the paint color since I have read on car blogs that color matching can be difficult, especially with darker metallic paints. When I came back to pickup the car, the color matched perfectly (Photos attached). I honestly felt like a kid on Christmas morning seeing my car complete and in perfect condition again. So thank you to everyone at Compact Auto Body! Should I need any other auto-body work performed, I know where to go.
