Always have had the best care, prompt service, referrals to specialist for surgery and appointments whenever I've needed. The receptionist have always been very kind and very helpful to me, I highly recommend the facility in Great Barrington.

(July 14, 2021, 4:38 pm)So the doctors seam decent enough...I do not recommend their dental though. Whats stand out about chp is the billing department, which is odd to say. One you don't get late fees on overdue bills, which is very helpful. Two the billing department is insanely knowledgeable. They will help you find extra resources to cover your bills beyond insurance. They also, at least in my case, know more about my insurance plan than the agents and customer service reps from my insurance company. As such I've avoided many unnecessary payments and headaches thanks to them.
