  Quick, friendly service at a reasonable price. Confirmed my suspicion that another chimney company's efforts to push all kind of chimney work were fraudulent. Said that the chimney is fine as it is. Use local companies for this job, not regional ones!

  I knew something didn't look right about my chimney crown and cap but the three other chimney contractors that came to my house over the years just smoothed over the problem and neglected to point it out or correct it. Tim made several trips to our house to finally correct a damaging, ongoing problem. I will use comfort chimney for all of my chimney needs going forward! As busy as contractors are today a lot of them don't return your call. The comfort chimney office staff is efficient and friendly even under today's busy pressure. Love this company!

  After struggling with a variety of Chimney repair companies in the area, Comfort Chimney came through! Unlike other local companies that just wanted to install liners or who never followed-up with proposals or returned calls, Tim from comfort chimney kept his word. He showed up when he promised, answered the phone and returned calls. He started the job when he said he would, set up scaffolding and removed all my crumbling bricks. He showed me my options for the replacement bricks (we ended up using my own leftover supply) and repointed in a matching color, including rebuilding the crown. The only delays were due to the excessive wet weather once work started.
  
  Tim spents lots of time with me explaining his work and even sharing regional & historical knowledge. Thanks Tim for your quality work and excellent character.

  I can highly recommend Comfort Chimney for your fireplace/stove needs. Tim was great in assessing our situations, providing great options, then installing us a perfect stove. He is honest and will explain everything you need to know. Our fireplace was built in 1803, so there were no square corners. Tim was able to install our stove with a surround that looks great and like it’s always been there!

  I am leaving the same review that I left on Yelp on Google reviews because everyone deserves to know about Tim's great quality work and his kindness. I have never left a review on Yelp and or Google reviews and have never felt the need to until we had Tim come and work on our chimney. I had a couple of issues with the house in addition to needing the chimney to be cleaned and Tim not only came in and cleaned out the chimney, but he spent well over two hours doing an incredibly thorough job. It's one thing to come in and do a great job, but it's another thing to be as kind as Tim was. He went above and beyond and even advised me about other household issues I had. I had previously hired someone else to look at our boiler system and Tim saw that they did not finish their job despite charging me hundreds of dollars and Tim advocated on my behalf by telling me where they did not complete the job. As a woman, I feel hesitant calling contractors, companies, etc. when it comes to household issues because I feel that I get taken advantage of, which is exactly what happened. However, with kind people like Tim out there, I know that the job will not only get done, but I know that I have a trustworthy and most importantly, a kind person completing the job. I am more than happy to support business owners such as Tim and I will continue to use Tim's business and refer all of our family and friends. Thank you so much, Tim, for your great work, time, and for your kindness.

Extremely satisfied with the company as a whole. Especially how Tim worked around my schedule. 2 times he took from his personal time to come do some work I needed. Not everyone will take their personal time to accommodate my schedule that's constantly changing. Will take his time to explain what he's doing and why it needs to be done.
