(January 12, 2023, 10:58 pm)I was frustrated looking for an optometrist who would not act robotic and that ran a practice with a polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I met Dr. Rehak, approximately 27 years ago, when he worked at the optical department at Walmart, as an optometrist. I liked him then, but did not enjoy the Walmart experience, as a whole. I stopped going to that location. When he opened his own practice, I started to use his services again.
If you are looking for a non-robotic optometrist and a non-mechanical staff, that treat you with respect and extremely politely, please contact his practice, you’ll not be dissatisfied nor disappointed. -

(September 15, 2021, 12:21 pm)After many years wearing rigid gas permeable contact lenses, I swiched to soft lenses when I changed eye doctors and started going to Dr. Rehak at Colonial Family Eyecare. Dr. Rehak is a wonderful physician and he found the perfect fit for my eyes. I'm very pleased with my experience at Colonial Eyecare, and I would recommend this practice to anyone!

(April 27, 2021, 2:01 pm)I contacted Colonial late at night on a Monday when I realized that my vision benefits were expiring in three days and I hadn't yet used them! Jeff responded to my email first thing Tuesday morning and got me all squared away before lunchtime. Talk about quick service! This is my second experience with Colonial Family Eyecare, and they're both been extremely pleasant. The staff is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Colonial to anyone looking for a new eye doctor - you will not regret it!

(September 2, 2020, 11:53 am)I have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.
