I am a proud owner of a new Basecamp 20' off-road Airstream. I've wanted a camper since my brother passed away 11 years ago. We both loved the Airstream brand, however, couldn't then afford it. We used to share boats, campers, and even a house! He was a Sgt. Corrections Officer in Riverhead, NY. He could fix anything! Being a Sgt, he took charge! That was fine with me! It was also great to have a brother who could fix everything and do everything!
Last year, I bought my own boat, a 24' walk-around Sailfish. My wife had to have a cabin. I only wish I could have bought it from Colonial. I am still puzzled about many things and still asking my buddies for help. I am still scared to take it out with my wife or by myself. I have several smaller boats, but this one seems so big and complicated.
So, that's not the case with my new camper. The technicians, Kevin Amaro and Kyle Steinberg, at Colonial were amazing. They went over everything patiently and completely. They made everything easy and explained everything simply. They answered every question and I had a lot of questions! Even leaving their private campground, I tackled everything myself and I am still doing everything on my own and am completely confident. I haven't had to ask for help. They helped me to be a pro Basecamp owner!
I am also confident if I need them they will be there to help me. We did take the 5 year warranty out on our Basecamp, so we have even more piece of mind.
We are realtors on "The Connelly Team," which serves Manhattan to Montauk. We literally took our work on the road. We have been working remotely ever since buying the camper this past May. We've been all over Long Island since we purchased it.
Everywhere we go, people ask us, "is that an Airstream? May I see it?" That's when I give them the tour and our Salesperson's name, Connor Pizzulo. I tell them to buy at Colonial Airstream, they are the best, as I shopped every other Airstream dealership between NY and the Florida Keys this past April, on our drive and vacation to the Florida Keys! Connor was no nonsense and gave us the very best deal! His service department was awesome!
Get camping! Every other camper is a SOB, Some other Box! This Airstream is amazing! So cool, well-designed and equipped! My wife wasn't initially on board with my idea to buy it, and now, she absolutely loves it and is so happy we did!
Our bucket list is to visit all 50 states in the U.S. before we're 70!!

I was recently traveling and broke down in New Jersey when my Airstream had a brake issue. Colonial Airstream was a short distance from where I was staying. I called them to see if they could help me. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning and completed resolved my issue and had me out of the shop the next day. They also replaced a tire for me since the old one had been destroyed by the wheel locking up. What a great way to treat someone simply passing through with a problem. Next Airstream I buy will be from Colonial. If you have a problem with your Airstream or are simply looking to buy a new one, I would highly recommend them.
This location has so many varieties of RVs and etc. the locations seems new and the workers there are more than happy to assist you with any questions you have. The sales associate are very laid back unlike other location where they put pressure on customers. Their inventory seems to have the most latest RVs around. The place is dog friendly and you are allowed to look around on your own to any vehicle you want since the customers have full access to them. Bhazi approves two paws up !
We are stoked to have purchased our first Airstream and drove cross country to do so. It’s because of the reputation of this dealership that we decided to buy from them, and we are sure glad we did! They made the entire process seamless from start (many many emails & phone calls) to finish (pickup). We are so happy to have worked with everyone from sales to financing to service here, it was a joy to meet them and they were all extremely kind, outgoing, and generous with their time and had super high attention to detail. Thank you for going way above & beyond our (already very high) expectations. We look forward to rolling through in our future travels! We would drive cross country & back all over again to do biz with a company this outstanding 🙌 Thank you!!!
We just purchased a 25FBT Airstream Globetrotter from Conner & Patrick! From sales to working with Steve Tucci & Nick the sales managers, to Paul who did our delivery, Mark, Chris & Joe in service/hitch team and everyone else at the dealership we could not say enough great things about this place and the people that work here! My wife and I drove from Boise, ID to purchase our Airstream from Colonial Airstream because these folks are the best and offer a first class experience! From arrival to our delivery orientation, to our hitch training, to spending the night at the dealership, to the follow up in the morning before you leave with your trailer and everything in between. Would highly recommend anyone in the United States looking for an Airstream or RV to reach out to these folks. There is a reason why they are the #1 dealer in the world. It speaks for its self or at least it did for me! Thank you to the whole team @ Colonial Airstream! We are stoked!
