(July 29, 2023, 8:34 pm)Honestly, one of the best hidden gems in NJ! Of course there's not a million animals like the Philly or Cape May Zoos, but the majors (tiger, bear, ect.) are there. And since it's not as well known, you can actually see them without waiting forever or trudging through hoards of people. If you're there between 11am and 4pm, almost every animal is out and about! To top it off, the peacocks have free roam of the zoo!

(July 15, 2023, 1:12 pm)Such an awesome zoo, and a true hidden treasure! We visited it on a whim while vacationing in town, and we were so glad we did!! It's completely free, but donations are obviously well utilized by the care of the animals and large enclosures, which was awesome to see. We even got to meet some free-range peacocks and her babies! Highly recommend!
