  The only problem with this place is that they don’t print out DO/BOL even if you’re willing to pay. Make sure you have your paperwork printed before showing up there or the gas station across the street charges $5 for printing.

  I read a lot of negative reviews about this company. But the opposite happened, I was 2.5 hours late for appt, but I was quickly accepted and unloaded, great guys

  So, my review is a mixture. The cashier was quite pleasant and nice. The loading team were fast (only waited maybe 5 minutes), absolutely great and easy to work with. I was able to get in and out very quickly. The reason I couldn't give five stars is because of the charges. Now, the support members responded in a timely manner and they explained to me that charging a rate per calendar day after "free time" is normal and I completely understand why the charges are setup (provides incentives/punitive reasoning so customers pick up their shipments so the warehouse isn't backlogged). However, charging for the days a business is not open and has absolutely zero operating hours, thus not making the cargo shipment available for pick up seems unethical and unjustifiable to me. Aside from that, everyone and everything were great 👍
