  This place is awesome the care here is immaculate and the place is spotless. So clean… Residents are happy and well cared for.. Staff is so wonderful family feel to environment..

  My mother spent 2 weeks @Cobalt to re-gain strength after a hospital stay. We were extremely pleased. Staff is exceptionally personal and caring- from dining services to aids and nurses, housekeeping & maintenance to management... it’s clear that everyone is committed to the facility’s homey, warm, personal mission. The Physical/Occupational Therapy team is outstanding, invited us to observe 1:1 sessions, and took the time to answer our questions and teach so that we could correctly continue exercises and support upon discharge. Many thanks to this gem of a team, especially Nurses Heather, Claudia, PCT Bob, Dining Services Connie & chefs, PT/OT team Angela, Nicki, Kathy, Kat, and managers Donna and Carolyn. Mom insisted on an Italian Cookie platter to thank staff- Enough said.
  The facility is in dire need of cosmetic updates including small repairs to rooms, but care, systems / procedures, and staff are TOP NOTCH.

  The staff was wonderful and has many single rooms. The setting is country and just feels like a second home. The place is run by two brothers and has a family feel. I completed my internship here and I know it's run with care and compassion.- John C
