(May 5, 2020, 7:12 pm)I have used Coastal for myself, my daughter and my son. In addition to routine procedures, Dr. Housten and his staff were amazing before, during, and after my son's surgery. Having a procedure done on your baby is stressful enough and the office made us feel like our situation was of utmost importance to them. I got more personalized attention than I did on my wedding day.

(September 24, 2019, 7:42 pm)I am a 76 year old man and in decent health, however my wife kept complaining that I needed a hearing aid because I had the television too loud. Since my father had hearing loss and my younger brother who served in Vietnam, I agreed to go and have my hearing checked.
I chose the Coastal Hearing and Balance Center which was close to my home and gave in to the wife. Their offices are new, latest equipment and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
They first had me go for my hearing test. I was in a sound proof room as the test progressed. The results showed that I did have some hearing loss according to Stephanie Salerno their Audiologist and she did show me some hearing aid options.
However, when I went back to talk to Dr. Hussain, he told me the hearing loss was not that great and I didn't need hearing aids at this time, Whew!!!.
I was relieved and happy that I could go home and tell my wife that the doctor told me I didn't need a hearing aid so now I hope she will stop nagging me I need one.
I give this company a big 5 Stars for their attention to my needs, their friendly manner and their professionalism.
