I would like to commend all of the team of Dr Magahis for the lovely atmosphere. Such hospitable heart warming caring and make there job look so easy.. I rarely leave reviews but the great care and attention I received here from start to finish was outstanding. They take care to protect the patient during a time when many are still worried about COVID. Every nurse was empathetic, and the anesthesia doctor explained everything in detail. I was in and out in under 3 hours from the time of arrival. And most of all they laughed at all my jokes 😄 that I usually make when I’m nervous. I highly recommend this center.
From the start my experience was excellent. I was called 1 week in advance to review medical history, receive instructions, and answer any questions regarding my procedure which made the whole process seamless. I was made aware of any out of pocket expenses prior to my procedure, no surprises! All of the staff, specifically my nurses Susan & Dina, anesthesiologist Dr. Grantner (probably spelled it wrong) and of course Dr. Magahis were absolutely wonderful. Thank you, CEC, for making a not so pleasant procedure feel like a total breeze!
