Food is awesome, delicious and freshly made!
This guy owns a small trailer on the side of the road where he cooks with passion!
This man pours his heart and soul to bring you the best food at the fairest price posible. I had the honor of meeting Dennis “the coach” and I can say I’d definitely come back if I’m around. -

A place that truly brings you to homecooked soul food meals. My friends and I were looking to try local eatery and stumbled upon coach’s roadside bbq… Maann, truly one of the best! for folks who were checked-in Kartrite and Resorts world, i truly recommend dropping by coach roadside bbq before heading back home. We came around 4ish so the pulled pork is out (it runs out fast!) but he fixed us other things and everything checked off:
1. whiting sandwich w tartar sauce (highly recommend!)
2. Hotdog (w everything in it! the coach way)
3. Mac n cheese (omgosh the best!)
4. collard greens
we’re looking forward to try one of its main dish today.. the smoked brisket! -

(April 1, 2023, 6:46 pm)So glad to come across this hidden gem, "hole in a wall" 💎 while at Monticello. We came a bit late and had limited options. Despite that, Coach Denis did not disappoint!!! We got hotdogs (we tried all toppings!), collard greens, mac and cheese and one of the best fried whiting fish sandwich I had!! Can't wait to go back to try what Coach has to offer, especially the BBQs!!!
+5 stars for Coach's personality. -

(March 16, 2023, 10:39 pm)I stopped by today for the first time. They were beyond friendly and were more than happy to help me create a meal that was accommodating to my ketogenic diet. I had some unsauced ribs, some hot wings, a small slab of corned beef, and a side of Cole slaw. The food was fantastic, portions were great, and the price was right as well. I will definitely go back!!

So so sooo good! My buddy and I had the pleasure of meeting Coach Dennis and his helper Dolores, and they were genuinely kind and accomodating. They really made our day. Hope to come back soon. Thank you, guys!
