We kept in contact via text and I felt that they truly wanted the job completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Cloud10embroidery if you want no hassle superb service.

(August 26, 2022, 2:51 pm)I saw another moms post about Cloud 10 on a fb thread. My daughter starts Monday and even though I have a few shirts I needed to have the rest done. I told them I needed by early next week (keep in mind I dropped off at 5:30 on Thursday) I received a text msg at 9:30 AM FRIDAY MORNING that they were ready!!!
I was able to pay my invoice over the phone and have them picked up. Not to mention everything looks GREAT! So happy and highly recommend :) -

(April 22, 2022, 5:00 pm)This was a blind find! I am sooo excited that I stumbled across Cloud 10 Embroidery. I want to expand my brand and needed my logo embroidered on a few short sets. So I went to their location in Derby not knowing what to expect and was VERY IMPRESSED! Chino was extremely welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me a brief tour of the facility which is very clean and organized and we discussed my ideas and how I want to express my brand. Now just waiting on the finished product in which I'll post another review.
