  We just had a heat pump installed and needed an electric service upgrade. Greg was able to come over the week after I called and get the job done in 1/2 day. He thoroughly explained what was needed and quoted a cost for the project which was very affordable. His knowledge of the trade and craftsmanship are top notch and to be commended. Greg is a consummate professional - very easy to speak to, respectful, courteous, and honest.   ‘Absolute perfection’ is the best way to describe our newly finished basement completed by Greg. He took a large cold concrete space and turned it into a warm and welcoming man cave, home office, playroom and storage area! From start to finish, working with Greg was easy and seamless. He is personable, easy to talk to and listens to your thoughts and ideas. As our project progressed, Greg was able to come up with other creative and cost-saving solutions to help make the space the best it could be. One aspect of working with Greg that I valued the most was his honest opinion…telling us why something may not work and then coming up with a alternative, which was usually better than my original ask. His attention to detail is spot on, which was very fitting for someone like me :). If you’re looking for a contractor to do the work correctly the first time, reach out to Greg! You won’t be disappointed!

  Most recently Greg refinished our bathroom. It’s beautiful and we love it! It was a complete bathroom gut from floor and walls to ceiling due to a leak and mold behind the walls. A true professional, Greg mitigated every issue we had, and rebuilt it all. He was incredibly helpful as we chose finishes and gave us a lot of options and recommendations throughout the process. He paid attention to all the small details to be certain the finished product was of the highest quality!
  
  Greg was always respectful in our home - both as he came and left and as he was working. My husband and I were both working from home throughout the project and on some noisier days he was sure to give us warning. He was great with our dogs too!
  
  Prior to this work Greg had done a handful of smaller electrical projects for us. After that we used him to do a large outdoor lighting project for the front of the house and along our very lengthy driveway. His work spoke for itself and so did his professionalism.
  
  Highly recommended and we’ll certainly be using him again!

  Greg Cleary is not just excellent at what he does, he is also professional, respectful, clean and an all-around great guy. I look forward to using him for future projects because I also value his opinion and he provided me with alternative solutions and the finished project looked amazing. He did a lot of electrical and plumbing work for me and I very highly recommend him!
