The office staff was kind and polite. They got me checked in and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Graham was great and listened to me and let me know what plan of care she was going to do for me.

My experience was very good as always. The receptionist yesterday had a beautiful smile on her face and that gave me some relief from my pain. It means alot when people who greet you are pleasant. And Mrs Mosley was very helpful doing my intake. Very cordial is she. And Dr. Amid an excellent physician. He helped me with my back pain giving me such relief. He explains everything to me. He is a good listener. You have very good staff especially Tina. I can't forget her. Thank you

I’ve had chronic pain for over 30 yrs now. Before moving to Delaware my doctor of 25 + years treated me for my pain. I’ve tried every pain treatment there is and I’ve had numerous surgeries and finding a doctor after moving to Delaware was extremely difficult. I was traveling 7 hours each way to see my doctor!
After finding Clearway the doctors took the time to understand my conditions and since Dr. Graham took over my care I’ve been very thankful! Dr. H. Graham is very caring and attentive to my needs. She takes the time to listen to me. I wish doctors in every field of medicine were more like her!
The staff are all very nice and caring. I make sure to fill out my paperwork online before my appointment which speeds up the process. My only complaint is when I need to contact the office it has to go through the call center which shouldn’t be! Patients should be able to call the office directly. There should be someone to just take calls in the office instead of having to go through the call center as there are times when it’s urgent to get through to them.
It took me a year to find Clearway Pain Solutions and they’ve been amazing!

I have been coming here for a while now. I love Heather she is a great great. Nurse practitioner I
am not going nowhere I get the best help there I recommend this place to anybody. The doctor is wonderful for shots in your back. I don't have any pain afterwards and can move around he really knows what he is doing. I'm going to be with them for a long time come join Us for a great experience and You. don't sit there for A hour waiting to get in the back.

My experience with the staff and doctor was pleasant. They were all efficient and friendly and were able to answer any questions I had about my impending procedure. The wait was a bit longer than I anticipated but everything else went well. Dr. Graham is becoming more understanding of my conditions and is easy to speak with. I will continue with my care at this facility.
