Clearwave Mental Health - TMS Center

Absolutely wonderful and beyond amazing atmosphere, staff, patient care, and contact, along with ease of treatment. TMS helped me so much with my mental health struggles and I am convinced I could not have received better care anywhere else. Highly recommend.

my tms journey has been a very long one, just the process to get approved for myself was a long process. before i found this group, i was given the run around for about a year through mvp and different doctors offices. my mom found doctor pardell actually on facebook and she called to talk about what i was going through. she spoke to gary and got me an appointment that week with doctor pardell. i got approved first thing!

what i can say about tms is everyone is different. i’m doing my second round of treatment and it’s been very helpful. don’t get discouraged. my first 46 sessions did not feel like this round of treatment. im very in tune with my body and felt like i needed another round of therapy instead of going on antidepressants. and it’s been very helpful! since i started my second round about 4 weeks ago, i feel awesome. the staff is very easy to talk to and they have a flexible schedule. and they can get you into the office pretty quickly. i also got a new psychiatrist through the office in poughkeepsie and he’s been wonderful. they do offer telehealth visits for now which i appreciate because i live about an hour away.

doctor pardell is an amazing doctor and really listens to you when you have concerns or issues. i love this facility, all the staff, and the doctors.

Where do I even begin. How do I thank the people that never gave up on me during my time in TMS with the amazing Dr. Pardell and staff. TMS has literally been an amazing journey, every staff member I worked with and even encountered were absolutely amazing. All of them have such amazing and beautiful goals for mental health!! I felt heard, I felt understood, and even on days I didn’t want to get up and go to my appointment I knew I’d feel so much better after seeing the TMS team I was working with. I want to thank them all for being by my side, advocating for me, and most of all showing me that life truly does get better. I can conclude that my TMS team was not only my team of medical professionals working with my mental health but they all became friends and I will treasure that for a very long time. Thank you TMS!!!!

The staff is very compassionate, professional and caring. I would highly recommend this TMS center to anyone who’s looking to get relief from treatment resistant depression.

This team is amazing! I have been feeling great and I get better and better each day since completing my treatment. It’s a safe, well educated, amazingly staffed place.
