The negative reviews here are lies and obviously not even about this practice as there is NO call center and all calls are answered by the staff, calls returned by end of day, with majority having been same patient- focused, caring staff as 5+ years ago with the best 4 PCPs in Rockland! After going to Clarkstown Medical for 6 phenomenal years, leaving the area and then returning last week, I found out just how exceptional this practice is- even better than before! Dr. Sykes is incredible-attentive, kind, caring, patient focused, proactive and explained everything, especially lab results & plans, better than any doctor I've ever had. Relieved to be back in their care, especially as a senior!
