  This review is long overdue—I joined CKO because I’m getting married and wanted to drop a few lbs. I’m a shy person when it comes to working out but from the very beginning, owners Tom, Alyssa and staff- Jill, Gabby, Mike, etc. have been so friendly, encouraging and upbeat—especially Tom who is knowledgeable, motivating, personable and has gone above and beyond to help me during my weight loss journey. Now, a year later and I’m almost at my weight loss goal. I’ve gained strength, confidence, energy and have improved my overall well-being—physically and emotionally. Definitely recommend and encourage to give it a try! Thanks CKO 🤙🏼

  Such a great place to workout! The team there is always so welcoming and attentive. Even the people that go there are always so kind and friendly. Such a great gym!!

  Absolutely enjoy this gym and their instructors are always so motivating, although I can say the upkeep of the gym isn’t the same it used to be. I never see the instructors cleaning the floors like they used to after each class and because of that there’s dust and dirt everywhere which isn’t fun when you are putting your hands on the floor. I also have been noticing the bathrooms aren’t as clean as they used to be. Definitely need to upgrade the cleanliness.

  Been going here over 3 years. Always great energy and challenging classes. Sam, Jen, tom, Brian, Alyssa, Aimee and Mary are great. Make sure you get 12+oz gloves, the bags are too heavy for those MMA grappling gloves

  CKO is a fantastic place. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place for the workout I was looking for. But it turned out that I was. The instructors held classes that allowed students to get acclimated to the more strenuous workouts. But you are also allowed to modify the workouts to your needs. I have a bad knee and I dont do certain exercises that cause pain there. You can stop and take a rest if you need. There is something freeing about hitting the heavy bag. The hour long class is just long enough. The instructors and other staff are smiling all the time and are positive and encouraging. There is a workout to warm up and to warm down. The studio is cleaned after each class, which is important to me. I highly recommend CKO Kickboxing. Call for a trial class now!
