CityMD Smithtown Urgent Care - Long Island

I love this location!! Had a strep test was very easy very quick and the front desk ladies are very nice and caring unlike the commack location:( Love this location and will continue to go back for any health reasons !!

My son was ill and couldn't get an immediate appointment with his doctor. He has autism, so taking him to a hospital emergency room would have been a challenge.
I am so grateful to have the service of CityMD.
I have had multiple family and friends who have gone to CityMD for immediate care with high satifaction. Their service is expedient, patient and courteous. Especially in my situation. My son is a challenging patient.

This walk in medical center was extremely clean.The minute I walked in I was taken care of.The office personnel processed everything for me quickly.The Doctor and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and treated my systems immediately
. The xray technican was very helpful and courteous also.The Doctor John Siderius even followed up with a phone call two days later to check on my condition.I highly recomend this facility if and when needed..

I have been to this location before and it’s always provided excellent care. Most recently I was there twice this month, two weeks ago for a flu test and then tonight when I had my sliced open thumb stitched up by one of the doctors. I just felt so compelled to leave a review to tell everybody how excellent they are with their staff from start to finish. Extremely professional, and compassionate. Two weeks ago when I had the flu, I was standing at the check-in kiosk, feeling very uneasy and lightheaded on my feet, and they offered for me to sit down and either fill out paperwork or not worry about it if I didn’t feel up to it. I was taken in in a very reasonable amount of time considering I had first gone to another urgent care facility up the road who told me at, 12 PM that afternoon, that they would not have openings until 8 PM that night which seemed contradictory to what urgent walk-in emergency care is supposed to be.
So I was very grateful when I drove a mile up the road and came to this location where I was seen in a very timely and orderly fashion. As far as today, I went in there with a bleeding gash in my thumb and started again to fill out the kiosk, which they again mentioned if I felt more comfortable, I could do it seated on a paper form. After I checked in, they notified me that unfortunately it would be an hour wait And then they realized I had a bad cut and asked me if I was actively bleeding which I was so they quickly were able to treat me and give me first aid which resulted in stitches. I am so extremely grateful to all of the stuff and the Doctor who was able to help me in my time of need. anyone who goes here I’m sure will be met with compassion and excellent medical care. Clean facility, comfortable, spacious, TV, and holiday decorations, about five concrete steps coming up to the entrance and a ramp. Decent parking. Great location on the main road. Good hours. And good attentive. Follow up phone calls and check back visits if needed.
