(January 9, 2023, 10:03 pm)This was my second time here. The doctors are very friendly and so are the staff. I’ve never had a rude person so far. Even when the patients are irritated it’s like the staff understands they are in pain and are so patient with the patients. I noticed that both times I was there. They really work as team and understand each other’s assignment

(October 18, 2022, 8:30 pm)I went to CityMD because I wasn’t feeling well. It was muy first time. It’s was fast and the doctor was very great and took care of my issue. Wishing 2 days I was feeling better. The only complaint is that the devices were not ready to register. One of the them es out is service. My only suggestion will be that employee should coach the devices the night before o when they arrive in the morning to make Shute that they are working.

(July 19, 2022, 8:49 pm)This was my first time visiting an urgent care center rather than my PCP. I had tried to make an appointment with my PCP so they could listen to my lungs for a cough that was bothering me. They told me 2 weeks to get an appointment. So I went to CityMD as a walk-in at 6pm on a Monday and was in and out in lest than 90 mins. I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendly manner of everyone that worked there. They were thorough, even did X-rays to make sure it wasn’t pneumonia. I’ll probably make more use of them when I’m sick instead of trying to get in at my PCP.

(November 12, 2021, 8:43 am)Great service & care, but a bit of a long wait (35 min). I did ask the receptionist how long it would be and that wait was accurate. If you are in a rush, be sure to ask approximately how long is the wait time. The office was very clean and all workers were masked and professional.
