  Jahaira is great and caring. She offers helpful advice and suggestions for services for my mom. Citadel was prompt to respond to questions and guide me through the process of getting my mom the services she requires. I have not had any negative interactions and are my only choice when my mom needs care.

  I probably wouldn’t have known Citadel if not for JJ (Conception). She passionately look for students that are willing to learn and she sends them to our school to get trained. The feedback from the students that graduated were great. JJ, Keep doing what you do at Citadel and let’s all continue to help our society. ❤️

  The Recruiter JJ was very helpful and helped me all the way till I started my case. She reached out to me to make sure I got the paid the coordinators made sure I was able to get cases. I love this company and they stand for all they do for the clients and the aides! Number one agency so far! I’ve been an aide for 10 years and I was never treated so well with any other company!
