(July 14, 2023, 8:58 am)Drop off took only a few minutes. Service was done quickly by the afternoon. I especially liked receiving a video of the underside of my vehicle while the technician explained the problem and used a flashlight to point out the problem area. Well done!

(February 23, 2023, 6:46 pm)I took my vehicle to another dealership and I was extremely disappointed that they keep it all day and didn’t do the work nor call me to let me know that the work was not going to get done. The next day I brought it to Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton for an oil change. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Erin who was very nice and helpful. She understood my issue with the other dealership and said that she will get me taken care of today. I was sent a text message within minutes of leaving from Erin welcoming me and throughout the day was sent updates on my vehicle and then when it was finally done. To me that is service and you don’t find that to often these days. So thank you very much Erin for making this a pleasant experience. More places need people like you !
