  I purchased my work truck during covid from a competing dealership, due to a lack of availability. Last year I had an experience with service that I addressed in an email to both dealer management and the service team in question, neither were responded. I had purchased several ford's from ciocca and was very impressed with the service I received earlier this week on my chevrolet work truck From the service advisor to the facility , everything was proffessional,courteous , and quickly executed.

  Derek was great. Went above and beyond to help me find the car I'm looking for. Even let me see his personal vehicle. Got me exactly the monthly payment I was looking for a brand new 24 chevy tax 1rs. Thank you guys so much. Would suggest this dealership to anyone. Great experience. Not pushy very patient.

  Lu Guillermo and Javier Gonzalez easily deserve a 20/10. They responded to any questions I had in 24 hours or less. Javier called warranty several times on my behalf to get clarification on coverage and make sure I understood the components. They made sure my car was taken care of in a timely fashion and made all communication a breeze. They were understanding of my situation and showed kindness and patience throughout the service period. Seriously, give these guys a raise, they deserve it 150%.

  Previous review: unfortunately have had to take a newly purchased vehicle in for replacement parts twice. Despite the frustration of the situation, the service team made it easy. Luis Guillermo's communication was absolutely on point. He called for every update and worked to make sure my service was still covered under warranty. Very friendly and professional. I would easily recommend Luis and his team, and will be happy to form a working relationship with the Chevy dealership going forward.

  We had a great experience buying our 2023 Corvette at MSRP. We dealt with the sales manager, Kyle, salesman, Cameron, finance manager, Derek, and the service manager, Jacob. All of them were fantastic, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The purchasing experience was straightforward with no gimmicks. They even let our detailer (Eddie from Jeyco Clean) come and prep the car for us with a wash and a temporary wrap so we could drive the car back to NJ.
