My boyfriend and I drove up from Brooklyn to delight in a carefully curated ‘Winter Wellness Day’ with Cindy and Andrew. Our itinerary started with a blissful guided meditation and couples yoga class with Cindy, before both receiving private reiki treatments and numerology forecasts for 2023 with Andrew. In between each service, we enjoyed handcrafted and delicious refreshments (including a prosperity soup!) There’s nothing quite likely the uniquely special space at Cindrew Sanctuary. A balance of diverse and profound practices allowed for movement, stillness, substance and serenity.. I can't think of a better way to kick off the new year. Thank you Cindy and Andrew !!

Andrews reiki sessions are my go too when life gets a little too much and I need to slow down, restore and feel revitalized. If I could have one "self-help" go-too treatment it is without a doubt a Reiki session with him. An instant alignment of my mind, body and soul.
