Chuan Tian Xia is a good recommendation of 1 of my clients!
Ten years ago, the chef, Zhang Zhenghua, was recognized as a culinary expert and recipient of numerous honors.
The spicy grilled fish in the western style that you must try!
The red oil in this restaurant is incredibly fragrant and delectable, and it's used to prepare the fish, which also comes with side dishes including broad noodles, seaweed knots, potato slices, bean sprouts, and potato flour. The fish is soft and fragrant with the perfect amount of heat. (Eaten food may also be removed Oh) admirers of the side dish were really happy.
A fish can eat both grilled fish and risotto. -

(January 3, 2022, 11:57 am)This place is a Sichuan cuisine GEM! Granted, its its in Sunset Park where you could probably throw a rock and hit a good chinese restaurant. They have a pretty extensive menu and even with six people, we felt like we were missing out on a few items. Thankfully calmer heads prevailed and we didnt over order which tends to be the case especially with larger groups.
CTX is a great option for a taste of Sichuan even if you don’t live in the area, besides the dishes pictured (salted egg yolk tofu and mala grouper), their chongqing pepper chicken and garlic peashoots were great. -

(December 17, 2021, 1:57 pm)Food was good not great. Paid $85 for two lunch. Setting is nice. Music selection is good and at perfect sound volume. The desk and seats are not very comfortable but not bad.

(August 1, 2021, 8:53 pm)The restaurant was clean and the staff were all wearing masks. Ambiance was nice and modern and the food was 👌👌 ordered the okra, cabbage, and eggplant dishes. Also got a complimentary serving of cold noodles by checking in on Yelp. The food was presented very nicely with extravagant dish accessories (you’ll know if you go) and everything tasted delicious. My only feedback is the eggplant dish didn’t come until the very end of our meal and single use chopsticks and plastic spoons were used, could be more environmentally friendly. A solid choice despite this!
