  My Dad and I had the pleasure of working with Christy Wilkins. She sold a house that my Dad built several years ago, so it was tough to let go. Christy understood, advised without pressure, and was a very bright and capable realtor. She had answers to all of our questions, and sold his property in no time. It was a great experience!   Christy has helped us tremendously througthout this extremely hard journey relocating after living in our past home for thirthy eight years. She has gone above and beyond securing all the proper documents and answering all of our needs pertaining to our new home here in Delaware.

  Working with Christy was a pleasure! I came to her with a tough request: help me sell an unoccupied house, that rental tenants had left in pretty bad condition. Add to that I’m currently Active Duty Air Force and stationed in Germany! She handled the process with absolute professionalism and made it a breeze on my part! The house sold for above what I was expecting and faster than I hoped for! Highly recommend Christy for whatever your real estate needs may be!

  Christy did a fantastic job managing the sale of our property. She made it as stress free as she possibly could and she had our backs when some things didn’t go exactly as planned.
