I chose to seek chiropractic care for my back pain. I made a great choice by selecting Dr. Warden. He is great to work with. I no longer have back pain. I visit for maintenance adjustments throughout the year.
I have been with Doctor Warden for about 4 years now, on and off. I am finally able to see him more regularly and it has been wonderful. Did you know that your immune system is all held in the upper part of your back? When I had an awful sinus infection/allergies, doctor had me cleared up after 2 visits. Tension headaches, lower back pain, he helps all of it. The most impartant part of treatment I feel is communication, Doctor always asks me how I am feeling and listens when I tell him about my problem areas. Parents with new babies, ever heard of colic and birth trauma?? Do your research and then bring your new babe in for an adjustment.

I have been with Doctor Warden for about 2 months now, and it has been great. Before I went to him I could barely walk dew to an accident at work, now I feel brand new. My back feels great and I recommend him to anyone who has back pain, or neck pain.
Since I live in Dutchess County I can drive to this office if the Yorktown office is closed. Great, regular kind of guy. Easy to talk to.
