He is super knowledgeable about the body, and he is great at setting up a plan and creating goals that work for me. My favorite part about working with Chris is his ability to balance a fun workout environment, with a "get after it"attitude. I have been seeing results and hitting my goals which is just icing on the cake. I definitely recommend getting after it with Chris.
