Christina Serafina Healing

I’ve been to many reiki practitioners and none of them could ever get me in a deep meditative state until I saw Christina. I suffer from terrible anxiety and struggle to turn my mind off. During our first session, I was able to fully let go and for once be totally relaxed and in my body instead of my head. After the session I felt so calm and inspired! Can’t wait for my next session to dive deeper. Christina is an amazing mentor and healer. Highly recommend!!!

From my initial introduction to her through the end of my session, Christina made me feel at ease and comfortable. She is a warm, intuitive, caring and gifted healer. The atmosphere is zen and calm. I felt very safe and heard in her presence. Before the healing, she gives you time to discuss what you your goals and expectations are. She explains her process so you’re aware what to expect. I’ve had 2 sessions with her so far and each one was a little different. The reiki portion has such a sacred feel to it. After, the session she takes time to discuss the experience and gives you guidance moving forward. I plan on doing more healings with Christina. I highly recommend her.

A session with Christina is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. It was my first time trying reiki so, naturally, I didn’t know what to expect. Christina does a great job of guiding you through the session and putting you at ease, every step of the way. I left the session feeling the most energized I’ve felt in a long time. My only regret is not going to her sooner! I will definitely be back soon.

First let me say how incredible the vibe is of Christina’s space. I like to think it’s the perfect representation of her energy. It’s like a bright, warm blanket of calmness that fills the room. The air feels open, light and safe. Each session with Christina is always different but prior to getting on the table we really dive into what I’m feeling, our goals and how we’re going to achieve that. I say “we” because Christina completely devotes herself to each session. I feel she truly resonates with you on a personal level and helps open your eyes to new perspectives. Christina embodies the ultimate life coach. She is strong, well spoken and is focused on helping you achieve your best self. That being said her mediation guidance is equally as incredible. Every time we finish a session I leave feeling rejuvenated. Her process is a sound therapy for the mind, body and soul!
