Dr Whiteman is an essential member of my healing team! She has helped me with chronic repetitive use injuries from my job (farming), helped me address hormonal/metabolic issues and also accurately diagnosed a spinal abnormality that others missed. Her prefessionalism, care and attention are unparalleled, as is her deep knowledge of anatomy, all body systems and ways to treat them including herbs, exercises and other treatments and modalities as needed. She has helped me understand what's happening in my body more than any practitioner I've seen.
Leaving her office, I'm able to breathe deeper and move more freely. I have an increased sense of well-being and feel more positive and grounded. Body tension that holds patterns of worry in place are released, and everything seems more rational! My nervous system is soothed and reset, and pains and uncomfortable sensations aren't there pulling at my attention.
She has been able to get me in quickly when I've been in pain, And her gentle adjustments have never been "cracky" and jarring like other chiros I have been to.
