Christopher and Diane were amazing! They sold our condo as predicted within a few weeks. Our place was on the market for six months with a different real estate company who were unable to sell it. When we listed our condo with Christopher and Diane, we had hundreds of views each day and multiple offers. We don't know how they did it. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and responsive in every aspect of the process. We highly recommend making them your realtors, as you won't regret it. They are a phenomenal team.

Chris and Diane are the best! My husband and I could not have asked for better realtors. Buying a home in today's market is stressful and there were times in the process that we were so full of stress and anxiety that we didn't know which way was up.

But Chris and Diane were there for us every step of the way. From us texting them listings at midnight and traipsing across half of New Jersey in a single day, to sitting on the stoop of a listing talking through every small consideration the one constant, calming, and confident source for us was Chris & Diane. We accepted an offer on our home after only four days on the market. Then it was time to turn our attention to finding somewhere new to live.

Chris and Diane jumped into action and before we knew it, they brought us to a place that left us speechless. As we walked from room to room, the positive attributes just kept piling up. My husband looked at Chris and said, "this is the one." Chris and Diane didn't waste a minute and got right to work, pulling together comps and we put an offer in the next day. After an anxiety filled wait and a lot of work on our team's part, our offer was accepted and into attorney review we went. Hooray, right? Not so much. While in attorney review the seller of the house changed their mind and decided to go with another offer.

We were heartbroken and angry. How could they do that? Is this for real? We have to be out of our house soon. Are we going to be homeless? Will we ever find something we like as much? If we were stressed and anxious before, multiply that by a 1,000 and that was our new everyday. Chris and Diane never left our sides. Once again they jumped into action and we were out looking at homes multiple times a week. Seeing their smiles, their confidence and their expertise in the NJ real estate market gave me a glimmer of hope. That hope turned into reality on a fall Saturday when we toured a home that just hit the market that day. It ticked almost all of our needs, wants and must haves and it was the perfect combination of what my husband and I were both looking for. But did I have it in me to hope that this one would work out after losing the last one? Chris and Diane once again sprung into action and said, let's see what we can do. They gave me the hope I needed.

And as I sit here in my new beautiful home writing this review I was right to have hope. My husband and I are so thankful that we chose Chris & Diane to be our partners in this journey. From the first day they sat in our dining room talking to us to the day they handed us the keys to our new home we have not had one regret in our choice in realtors. We have made a connection that I hope stands the test of time. While I don't plan on buying or selling again anytime soon, if I had to or chose to, there is only one phone call I would make. Chris and Diane Egri.

I think it goes without saying that Chris and Diane were amazing. Highly recommend, funny and fun to be around, and made our first home purchase smooth like butter. Thank you two for helping us find our home and all during a pandemic / COVID-19 craziness no less!
