I have been with the Warwick Agency for over 30 years and have been completely satisfied with top notch level of personalized service they continue to deliver! Now with the merger with Chittenden Agency they are even better, as if it were possible! Most recently I was trying to purchase a vehicle on a Saturday when the agency was closed. I was having trouble getting through to my insurance company. Although I didn’t want to disturb them on their day off, I reached out to Charlie Harrison and Pedro Pires hoping that one of them could help me contact the carrier. Within minutes, both Charlie and Pedro dropped what they were doing and responded offering to help me. Pedro added the car and emailed me an ID card so the car could be registered and picked up that day! Charlie followed up with a phone call to make sure I was taken care of (and he was on vacation when he did this)! I can’t say enough good things about this agency, and highly recommended doing business with them.

My selection of what was destined to become the Chittenden-Warwick Agency was the service, information and response time that typifies Charlie, Joann and Rebecca. Each one takes ownership of getting me what I need when I need it. I insure my home, cars and boat. There is always professional analysis and advise provided whenever I contemplate a change.
