  Chimneys R Us has been a total delight to deal with. From Carol's impressive responsiveness, patience, and expertise to Gene's technical skills and ability to answer any question you have. Even though we live well outside their typical service zone, they recognized we didn't have any other options with a stove that was too large for our hearth and a chimney that needed replacing. They took the job on and did wonderful work. So happy with the install, how it looks, and can't wait to get to use it! Cannot recommend them enough.

  They were very thorough. They texted to confirm my appointment, called when they were on their way. They fixed the cap on my chimney to stop the birds from falling down and getting stuck. I would highly recommend them for all your chimney needs.

  Was looking to have a fireplace installed. I had received another quote just for install and was given a 10 week lead time. Called Chimneys R US and Gene was out the same day to take all his measurements. We had a quote for running a new gas line, drilling through existing slate and unit install by that afternoon. They found the unit that I was looking for and held it even though I
  hadn't signed a contract. Quote was less than competitor for comparable work and I didn't have to get someone else for the gas line. They were professional and courteous throughput and made it easy! Love my fireplace and highly recommend!!!

  Amazing people, great service! From Carol who scheduled our appointment to Gene who came and serviced our 2 gas fireplaces… they were friendly, prompt, and very reasonable.
  I love working with knowledgeable professionals, and would recommend them highly.

  I highly recommend Chimneys R Us to inspect, clean and replace or repair your fireplace and chimney structures. They have excellent customer service, they are professional and prompt. After inspection of the fireplace and chimney, they did some repair work and installed a new log insert. It is beautiful and generates lots of warmth! They were very helpful with suggestions and ordered exactly what I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and in writing.
