  My daughter is 5 years old. After staying at home for an entire year due to Covid, she would not speak to anyone else outside of our family. She would not speak to her teacher or classmates or anyone she meets. Recommended by school psychologist, we reached out to Dr. Bruno. After evaluation sessions, Dr. Bruno diagnosed her with selective mutism. I was so concerned about my daughter because not being able to express herself at school might be a big problem. Dr. Bruno patiently educated us about SM and what we could do at home. After only a few therapy sessions, my daughter is now able to speak to Dr. Bruno during the sessions. She can also speak with a soft voice in public places where she would be completely silent before. We are so excited to see such progress within a short period of time. We highly recommend Dr. Bruno! She is so easy to communicate and we are so glad that we found her during this difficult time for our family.

  We have been seeing Dr. Bruno for a year now. My son has made amazing progress and have been able to overcome several struggles he has and I look forward to see how much growth he will make in the future. I would highly recommend Dr. Bruno.

  Our 6 year old son has been suffering with anxiety and sensory processing issues for a very long time. He would have uncontrollable meltdowns over the slightest thing. There wouldn't be a day that would go by without him crying hysterically and being unconsolable. We had sent him for OT, speech with food therapy, along with counseling after discussing with our pediatrician and having him evaluated for kindergarten. We never saw any improvement until we started working with Dr. Jacalyn Bruno. She has been a true blessing for our son and our family. Dr. Bruno took the time to listen to all of our concerns and answer all of our questions.
  
  In the short period of time that we have been working with her (approx. 5 months), our son's meltdowns are virtually non-existent. She not treated my son, but our family as a whole. Dr. Bruno has always gone the extra step to help us. We can not thank her enough for all she has done and continues to do.

  Dr.Bruno helped my teen greatly in dealing with anxiety issues. She made my child feel immediately safe, at ease and understood. She is extremely professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Dr. Bruno to any parent .

  Jacalyn Bruno has helped my 4 year old son so tremendously in a short period of time. Her pleasant and playful demeanor helped my son to feel comfortable almost immediately. She is always available for questions and makes you feel comfortable at all times. I feel blessed that our paths crossed and that she is helping my son.
