  I love the food and drinks here! they are made well and the prices are fair! the bubble waffles are like no other ice cream, the presentation is fantastic, the taste is all there and the toppings are creative! The bubble tea is a go to! popcorn chicken comes in great quantities and is delicious! Also great milk shakes! Fun idea for a café even if anime isn't really your thing (such as myself) you can't deny the atmosphere is fun and the food and drinks are amazing! I just wish they were open more it seems like they suddenly close a lot and they could probably use more staffing!

  I love it! Everyone is so nice, and they make sure that everything is great. When I left my computer at Chibi Cafe, they put it aside in a safe place and told me to come whenever I want to pick it up! Not only that, they also have special events. Like D&D Nights, Card Game Nights, and much more!

  Stopped in for Dungeons and Dragons night, and it was an excellent experience. Waffles were dreamy, tea fantastic, and staff incredible. Highly recommend.

  Started coming here regularly with my boyfriend, we love the place! For me to get there it's about a 30min drive too, but worth it. Very friendly staff. I love how they get creative with their drinks inspired from animes/etc, I think it's very original & something you don't see a lot anymore. Not to mention they don't just do it for looks, the drinks taste suuuper good too. They are also very vegetarian/vegan friendly which I really appreciate! Overall the atmosphere is very lovely, it's really wonderful how they advertise for local artists and such. Just a great place all around!

  It was absolutely lovely! It's about a 30 minute drive from us and was worth it. Street parking - the space is large inside and there's a good amount of seating available. Pros and Cons below with some things I'd like to see in the future for customer convenience. My opions derived from 10 years of Culinary/Dining Industry experience.
  
  The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. I got The King Milk Boba and Usa-chan Bubble Waffle 10/10 on both counts. Overall value for money was phenomenal. I saw they also have some savory options on the menu I'm very excited to try next time. They had their specials on a TV monitor and their full menu as a pamphlet. I'd like to see in the future another monitor for the full menu to be displayed at all times.
  
  The space was very clean! A con for me I will note is there were a lot of plushies around the cafe for customers to hold. While I personally love plushies I don't want to hold one at a cafe that many other people could have touched - pre or post pandemic. While they were cute to look at I was put off by them as a hygenic hazzard. Plushies on shelves for sale would be a very different story.
  
  There were napkins on each table, however straws and utensils were only available at the counter where food was picked up. We were given a buzzer for when our food was ready. When it buzzed I went to the counter; I had to ask guests in line to move so I could get to the cart. I picked up our order from a red cart next to the kitchen/register counter. No trays or cup holders offered which is also something I'd like to see in the future. Or table numbers and the food taken to tables. I noted only 1 trash/recycling bin however there could have been another I missed. All gender bathroom available for guests.
  
  I really love that small business owners can sell their merch in the store. I found a few artists I followed - pricing and socials listed on chalk boards.
  
  I wanted to try the Which is Which Hikaru&Karou drink however they were out of one of the ingredients which was a bit surprising as it's a special for the month. I was disappointed however it's testament to it's popularity! Perhaps a drink to keep on the menu permanently.
  
  We arrived when they opened for a Boba Tasting that was delayed till noon as an employee had called out. Something I completely understand however I would have liked to see this updated on socials to plan my arrival accordingly.
  
  We had an issue with the emulators. Two of the games we tried did not work and there were no instructions on the consoles. This was inconvenient however I wouldn't call this a con for us as we came specifically for the food.
  
  They offer the library to be used for private events and also rent out the whole store for them. They have a party package menu which is fantastic!
  
  I look forward to booking a reservation for an event in the future and dining here again soon!
