  Staff is polite and friendly , appointment 1 pm they take me 2.30 hour early took 30 mins for unloading 11.30 am out 👍 save my day 🙏

  5/5 for trucker I’m pretty sure they allowed overnight parking once you check in drop your trailer and park in front up to the hill wait for a call or check if you have a green light go back to your trailer and paperwork will be inside of it, appt only I arrive about hour a have earlier and got a door right away 30min later I was out.

  As far as large companies and factories go, Chewy really tries to take care of their employees. I have never worked around so many people directly and indirectly, and also felt noticed and appreciated for what I did, by my superiors. Perhaps I am just very lucky, but I have yet to meet a single superior that wasn't down to earth, approachable,respectful, and helpful. They offer and do a lot for their employees and are very flexible with accommodations. There is plenty of room to grow and inhouse training. And, it seems that if you work hard and want it, you'll get it. It's a lot of honest physical work, but it's always a very healthy, safe, and supportive environment.

  Attention Truckers: When driving here you'll see a large blue lighted "Chewy" sign on the side of the building, you can't miss it. Receiving entrance is gonna be on the south side for the facility. You can arrive 30 minutes early at the earliest for your appointment time, any sooner and they will make you wait.
  
  Drive to doors 88-89 to find receiving entrance (you should see a porta pottie near by). After checking in you'll be asked to dock your trailer at assigned door, put your cut seal inside trailer, slide tandems back, drop your trailer, and bobtail to the designated parking area. If you need bolt cutters for thick metal seals tell the receiver.
  
  When your door light turns green they will call you to tell you your signed BOL's are in trailer and your free to go. If they can't reach you it's because the cell phone reception in that area is sometimes bad, so you may have to go to receiving office on your own after you get green light.
  
  Overall these people are very friendly and easy to deal with, I would deliver here again. Just make sure to mind your appointment times and follow the rules they set in place here.
