  I highly recommend Chews Landing. Before coming to Chews Landing I used another vet in the area and the difference in experience between the two is very obvious. Everyone at Chews Landing was more communicative and organized. For anything and everything that was being done to our pets we were given clear explanations beforehand and were given ample opportunity to ask questions. Additionally, Chews Landing is fair with their pricing and has not yet attempted to do anything sneaky with how they charge for their services. All transactions have been very transparent ahead of time. We had a situation where we brought our cat in to get some bloodwork done before a procedure and sadly our cat was a bit too feisty that day. Even though they took the time to make multiple attempts to get the bloodwork done they did not charge us as technically no services were rendered for our pet. I have been to other vets that will still charge for this same scenario. Chews Landing also seems to have a credit system in place whenever you provide deposits for certain services and every time we visit they very clearly explain our credit balance and what it is going towards.

  The veterinarians are very very good. The only problem is the staff. The vet tech, the one that I had anyway, had no personality and didn't say one word whatsoever. Just grabs your dog out of your arms and takes him to get his shots or whatever. I had to ask where they were going. No personality at all. Two women at the front desk were talking about patients, rolling eyes, and one woman who is sitting out there with her cat, had to go up and say she was waiting over an hour and they didn't even know she was there. She would have been sitting there all day if she didn't say anything. Heard from a couple other people the same thing. It's a shame because they are really good vets there. We left and switched to Delaware Valley Animal Hospital in Mullica Hill.

  First time there today. I had to find a new vet so I was alittle nervous … Loved Loved Loved! Everyone was so nice .. The tech was amazing. Dr Rubincam was great. Educated and explained everything to me. Sonny says Thank You!! 🐶💚
