(June 13, 2023, 10:45 am)We have only been patients of Chestnut Ridge for a few days but we are very impressed and satisfied! After giving birth, Dr. Mayer, stopped by to do an exam on our little one. There were some concerns about jaundice; Dr. Mayer ordered another test and then came by the next day, before her work day, to check again on baby. She was so easy to talk to, knowledgeable and really put us at ease with all our concerns. At our baby’s next check up we saw Dr. Mandel. He was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had. We had a great visit and feel comfortable putting our daughter in this groups hands!

The office is always clean, there is almost never a wait, and the staff is so professional and compassionate. The web portal is convenient for communications and addressing minor concerns. We see Dr Mandel and NP Demi and both are wonderful. All of the support staff from the front desk to the medical assistants/nurses are also outstanding.

(March 24, 2023, 9:38 pm)This is the best pediatric in the area! All the Docs are really good, friendly and caring!. Front Office space and patient rooms are clean, staff is super friendly. Waiting period can get longer but still very much manageable. The best part is patients get access to weekend ‘on-call doctor’!

(January 11, 2023, 12:21 am)Always the best! My husband and myself went when we were children and now we bring our daughter. Everyone is so helpful and caring. The entire staff is excellent from booking appointments to all the doctors and nurses! Extremely professional and great with my daughter. Highly recommend!
