  I called ChemDry Express to clean two couches that my cat had, shall we say, claimed as his own. Our own attempts proved unsuccessful * so I decided to have the professionals take a look. The person they sent was very upfront about the amount of damage, how much product would be needed, and how likely the service was to be successful. He ran the numbers against the cost of buying new, and new was the better option. At no time did he pressure us to try it anyway, and was happy to give us time to think it over.
  
  Honest businesses are worth noting. They were willing to forgo a sale because ultimately, it would not have provided what we were hoping for. The next time I need a cleaner, they will be at the top of my list.
  
  *I also learned that when you have a pet, don't try to clean upholstery yourself. Our DIY attempts just spread everything out.

  Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time, with a call beforehand to let me know they were coming. The gentleman who did the work was professional, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He was also personable. I will use this business again.

  This is the first time I’ve used ChemDry Express and I was very pleased- easy to schedule, good follow up, fair pricing, and my carpets look great and are drying quickly! The serviceman was here for a solid 2 hours. A lot of care was taken to make sure the carpets were their cleanest. He even had me take a look in each room before he left to ensure he didn’t overlook anything. I am very happy with this company and their services!

  Completely satisfied with the service. As part of my rental agreement I had to have our apartment's carpets cleaned upon moving out - I'm glad we went local with Chem-Dry Express here in Robbinsville.
  
  We had the carpets in 3 rooms cleaned at a rate of $60 per room. Darryl was finished in about 80 minutes, and I was happy with his job well-done.
  
  I've attached a before and after of the main living area's carpet. As you can tell, we had an area rug covering part of the carpet for a year, and I was worried even the cleaning service wouldn't be able to make the unsightly rectangle disappear - Darryl said he'd try his best to make it clean so everything appeared uniform, and I believe the photos speak for themselves.
