  Genuinely impressed with most of the staff and atmosphere at Chauncey. The space is so big for events while having a STUNNING location. AMANDA is an AWESOME manager she always has a SOLUTION to issues and is great at problem solving. Can always handle a challenge even under a lot of stress. She does PHENOMENAL WEDDING TOURS and genuinely made me feel super comfortable with my choice to choose Chauncey. RICARDO and KAMILLE were SUPERB bartenders. Not only with interesting stories, good welcoming vibes but also both have a PASSION in the service industry. VIVIAN 100% deserves a promotion she is completely PROFESSIONAL while also providing great TRAINING and making the environment FUN/FRIENDLY. The whole kitchen/dish staff deserves so much respect for how CONSISTENT and CREATIVE they are. Breakfast, dinners weddings, events you name it; they are bringing they're A game for whatever they are making. My overall experience at Chauncey was awesome and if you NEED A EVENT SPOT GO HERE.

  This place was excellent as a conference center. Large conference room with breakfast and lunch along with snacks. Ample space with good tech support and high speed Wi-Fi.

  This place is a solid 3.5 stars. Since I can't do a half a star, I am rounding out because the people who work at Chauncey were so nice. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
  
  The rooms are a bit dated, but were clean. They also don't have refrigerators, which I found weird, but you can have one put in your room for an additional $15 per night. You can hear your people in the neighboring rooms. We happened to go on a night that the hotel was pretty empty, so that wasn't a problem.
  
  There is only one restaurant/bar currently open in the bar. The hours are 5 pm - 10 pm. There was no room service available when we stayed. You are close enough to Princeton where this isn't too inconvenient, but it isn't obvious from their website. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning. Nothing great, but it is free and fills your belly.
  
  The indoor pool is probably the best indoor pool I have experienced at a hotel in the US. It's bigger than most indoor pools at hotels. Honestly, I'd stay again just for the pool. haha
  
  The grounds are nice to walk around. Our toddler enjoyed seeing all the geese in the pond.
  
  Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to people staying in the area.
