  Clean and beautiful place with awesome workers. It was my first visit but i felt like i have known them for a long time. The lady at the front desk lightened the place with warm and infectious smile. The assistant director of nursing-Ms LaToya is excellent. I enjoyed the tour around the facility. No doubt they are the best with great workers and happy residents!

  My mom Rita has received excellent care during her stay. All employees have been attentive but I must make special note of some workers. James and Nadeige have been so caring, helpful and kind to my mom. Her nurse Snavia has quickly responded to her needs and addresses all our concerns. Physical therapist Stephen is the best and Archie has always been supportive. I would strongly recommend Chatham Hills

  My father spent two weeks here and we were very pleased. I received constant updates from his doctor as well as the social workers. Every employee I came across during our time here met all of my fathers need and requests. Looking for a rehab center for an elderly parent is very stressful. In the past two months this was my fathers third rehab facility, and chatham hills was by far our best experience. The staff is professional and courteous, and it is apparent the facility is managed correctly. I felt my father was safe and cared for here.

  It is a great place with good and nice people. The center manager Christine is very responsible and always trying to help. All the nurses and staffs are friendly and helpful even if my father doesn't speak English. One Dr there is very nice even if he is not assigned to my father. He came to my father's room and help to diagnose the problem and gave prescription timely. Good people have good luck. Thanks a lot for taking care of my father and now he can walk normally with the help from Steve and Victor. The foods are also tasty.

  First time visit of Chatham Hills Subacute to visit a family friend. Check-in was fast and easy. The lady at reception was extremely courteous and helpful! The Staff were also courteous, professional and eager to help. It was a very pleasant experience.
